Blue Seal's dual fuel oven range combines the power and gas and convection. The oven has a 100W heavy-duty motor that can handle long periods of use, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The cooktop has variable high to low controls to the open burners, so you can slowly simmer a sauce over a low heat and quickly flash fry a steak at the same time.
