This stew pan lid is designed to cover the 9.5-litre tri-wall stew pan (Y256). The 28cm lid stops moisture escaping your pot, which is the best way to lock in flavour when you're braising meat. The central handle makes it easy to place and remove the lid too. Plus, the raised edges slots the lid nicely in place on the stew pan.
