Product Information
Product description
Medium duty gravity feed slicer with ergonomic style handle. It has a permanent blade ring guard and blade is shielded even when sharpener removed. Borazon stone sharpener. The contoured carbon steel blade improves yield. Anodised aluminium base with curved corners ensures easy cleaning. Cuts up to 15.8mm in thickness.
A technician is required to install this machine, and should only be installed by a trained professional.
