High-performance steel U-shaped burners provide consistent heat distribution for reliable cooking results, while the flame-failure control valve adds an important safety feature during service. Supplied with a gas pressure regulator and fitted with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection, the griddle is built for dependable day-to-day performance.

Designed for efficient workflow and straightforward maintenance, the Apuro gas griddle features a stainless steel splash guard on three sides to help contain grease and splatter. The durable stainless steel front, galvanised steel sides and rear are built to withstand the demands of commercial use.
