Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the powerful 900mm Apuro gas chargrill with stand delivers authentic chargrilled flavour. Its durable cast iron grilling surface is heated by high-output steel U-shape burners, ensuring consistent heat distribution. A robust stainless steel construction ensures durability and longevity in demanding catering environments.
Designed to optimise both productivity and maintenance, the chargrill incorporates reversible cast iron cooking grates, offering versatility for various food types. Adjustable grate heights provide greater control over cooking intensity. A cold-rolled steel radiant cover promotes even heat distribution, while the integrated front grease channel and stainless steel oil collector streamline the cleaning process.
The Apuro 900mm stand is specifically designed for straightforward integration into both new and existing kitchen configurations. Heavy-duty castors provide mobility, enabling repositioning for cleaning or reorganisation. The height-adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces and facilitate ergonomic working heights for kitchen staff.
